Two of these is too much for me for a night. One if I want a really good night sleep and sometimes even half if I just want to fall asleep, one of the side effects for me is really wild dreams.

The expiration date they gave me will be on July 2022 in 4months time. I am about to send that to my son in Dubai. Before it might get there the olly will be expire. Not happy with my purchase. I bought 2 bottles.

With other brand pills I usually have to take them every night. With these I can actually go days without any, they put you in a really good sleep pattern.

This product really works. I have stressful job. And this helps me go to sleep at night, with little to no drowsiness in the morning. But is not addictive.
