I was skeptical. I struggle falling asleep and staying asleep. This product seems to be what it's advertised. I am falling asleep much easier and waking up refreshed.

Sometimes it seems to help. Other times it seems I lay awake at night. No set pattern, no erroneous circumstances in the day, no extra liquids making me get up. It just seems to work off and on.

They technically work as directed, as I slept well! However they made me very nauseous. The reviews were great so maybe just how I react to them. I had to stop using them unfortunately.

Two of these is too much for me for a night. One if I want a really good night sleep and sometimes even half if I just want to fall asleep, one of the side effects for me is really wild dreams.
