These seem to be helping me fall asleep and stay asleep.  Really happy with the flavor.  They are so easy to take.  Not like swallowing a giant horse pill.  I have noticed a difference in my sleep patterns since I started taking these.  Really happy so far with the results.

I had tried melatonin years ago, and after the one night of a super-vivid dream of a snake, I opted to deal with jet lag instead. My hubby needed something to help him sleep during stressful exams, and this actually made him sleep like a baby - to the point that I needed earplugs! :) I do take them every now and then when I feel like I can't rest and it definitely does hlep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and I'm extremely happy with the overall performance of these sleep gummies because I'm now getting a good night's rest plus it does not have any kind of drowsy side effects in the morning and it has a great grape flavored taste and it does not leave a gritty aftertaste some sleep aids might so I think everyone should give these sleepy gummies and try but I would not give these two children because they are for adults.

I’ve been using this for about a week and it does make me sleepy but I won’t fall asleep for a while. When I finally fall asleep, I end up waking up a couple of hours later and I can’t go back to sleep. I was really hoping this would work for me considering all the good reviews. I’ll stick to ZzzQuil

I have been having getting to sleep and staying asleep for some time now. I decided to try these because of my experience with other Olly supplements. Two of these and I am out for the night. The first couple of nights, I had very vivid dreams, bu those have subsided now. It is just wonderful to get some rest for a change!

I’ve been using this to help me fall asleep faster when I can’t relax for quite a long time now. Two chews really help to quickly get me sleepy. I only use it when I need too. I don’t need it every night as working 12 hour work shifts can tire me out by itself. Would recommend this for anyone who needs a little something extra to help calm the mind and get to sleep faster.

These are crazy strong. 10mg (2 gummies) is the recommended dose, but my husband and I typically only take half of one (2.5 mg). That gets the job done. And these aren’t the best tasting melatonin gummies I’ve tried either. They’re not gross but they’re not as yummy as others I’ve tried.

During college, I had an inconsistent sleeping schedule. My boyfriend decided to buy these for us to try out but man.... they taste awful. I thought gummies would help since it’s like eating candy, but save your time and money. Thankfully, I have a better sleeping schedule due to work, but if I needed melatonin, I would rather spend money on tablets so I don’t have to taste the flavor.

Love these. I struggle with sleep and these have made such a difference. Initially they didn’t work for me, but after talking with my doctor, I began taking them a few hours before I planned on going to sleep. They worked perfectly. Like other OLLY supplements, they are a little pricey.
