My favorite sleep vitamin to help me fall asleep with ease. I am the type to take hours to finally fall asleep and I take these gummies 30-60 minutes before I want to fall asleep and it works every time and doesn't leave me feeling drowsy in the morning

I rarely use melatonin to go to bed but there are the occasional nights that it's been challenging to sleep. I've tried a handful of different melatonin's and I always wake up feeling groggy. I took this before a plane ride and was out the entire time!!! ( I never sleep on planes or in cars). I continue to take this on nights when I need it and it never disappoints. I now have everyone I know onto these. Highly recommend!

I was given a bottle of Sleep Blackberry Zen by my sister who nothing seems to work for. I have been taking 2 per night since, and they are really working for me. I am falling into a sound sleep, which I rarely sleep soundly, and I am sleeping later than usual on some days. If I do wake up in the middle of the night I go right back to sleep. I would highly recommend giving these gummies a try.

It helps me fall asleep after maybe 25 minutes of taking them but i wake up an hour or two hours later. Although I don’t think it’s the products fault. When I took them my first week after purchasing they worked wonderfully and I slept all night. This is my third week and I’m having difficulty staying asleep. I wanted to take 3 or 4 but it says take 2. The taste isn’t all that bad but the hint of mint is not so great lol

I purchased Olly to help with my sleep. It didn't really help me sleep the whole night thru. If I took one it take forever for it to kick in. 2 would do the trick, but like I said never slept the night thru. Also, they were extremely tasty. I'd forget they were actually not candy. Lol

For me personally, I didn't find these to make me too sleepy. I've taken them about 1-2 hours before I want to sleep and not much difference of feeling too tired and ready to sleep. It has a great taste and being a gummy makes it quite easy to chew and take down.

For a first user of supplements like these I'm very impressed. At first I was kinda nervous and or didn't think that this product would work. Best tasting gummy out there and WORKS like a charm! My son was having issues falling & staying asleep. His peds doctor recommended we try giving him melatonin. We tried several and he either spit them out or they didn't help him go to sleep. The first night we tried this he slept like a baby and has every night since. Just one gummy and 30mins later he is snoozing! Highly recommend!!
