[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing! It really helps me fall asleep at night after a long stressful day at work and I can’t shut my thoughts off. I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed. I am happy my friend recommended these to me.

I keep a bottle of these near my bed just in case I am having trouble falling asleep. 97% of the time I do not need them, but every once in a while no matter how sleepy I feel throughout the day, once I lay down I’m wide awake. That’s when I will take 2 of these gummy’s (1 serving) & they not only help me fall asleep but I don’t feel groggy in the morning. They taste like berries with a bit of mint (the exact flavor I have is Blackberry Zen - zen is code for mint FYI & I’m not a huge fan of “zen” flavor) but these work effectively. I am one of those people who requires at least 8 hours of sleep or I’m basically useless the following day, so instead of tossing & turning the night away - I just take these and I’m asleep before I know it! I did knock off a star only because these contain gelatin.. however I will continue to take on an as needed basis.

I love these melatonin vitamins so much! They're the only ones that help me get to sleep and stay asleep. They taste great and I don't have the weird post sleep brain fog after taking them. For the price, they really aren't bad. I tell everyone I know about them.

I bought this in June 2021 to help me sleep and regulate my sleep. Worked the first few times. Then I realized that taking it at 9pm wakes me up at 2am. Then it got worse and worst and stopped working, and I’m halfway through the bottle. I’m awake and barely sleeping throughout the night now when I take it. This is worse than trying to sleep on my own. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I buy the 3mg dosage in the Blackberry Zen flavor. The taste is far beyond compare to other brands of melatonin. I love that it's a chewable gummy. I take two about an hour before I want to go to sleep and around that hour mark I definitely feel it take till as I start to get drowsy! This is a bit pricier than other melatonin but I think it is well worth it for the effectiveness and pleasant taste.

Used these for a long time and they worked great for while but slowly they stopped working as good after using them for so long. They have a great taste though and aren't too powerful that you feel like you can't wake up in the morning. Now I only use every once in awhile.

I like the taste and the concept. However, it didn't seem to help me sleep even after trying for a month of taking it. I like that it is backed by OLLY which is a great vitamin company. I like the gummies as well as it is easy to take at night. I just wish these worked for me.

These do help me fall asleep. BUT there are many studies out there that say it’s a placebo effect— meaning it doesn’t really work but it’s just the idea of it which triggers the mind. I feel a bit more relaxed which in turn makes me fall asleep sooner.

I don't have anything against the Olly brand at all. I love all of their products but this one really didn't do much for me. The taste was good it was easy to eat. But they didn't seem as potent as other melatonin gummies that I've tried. I would have to take two or three sometimes four for it to get me to actually get to sleep and stay asleep. I will say that I have been taking unisom and other melatonin products before this so I may have just had a tolerance to the melatonin. I would definitely still recommend this product if you're looking for melatonin and you don't like taking pills.

They worked fine. When having a hard time falling asleep or when I’m not sleepy I take these to help regulate my sleeping. They are easy to chew and taste grate. I would say I did have strange dreams with them. As I suppose they help you get a restful REM sleep. I did wake up feeling rested.
