For me personally, I didn't find these to make me too sleepy. I've taken them about 1-2 hours before I want to sleep and not much difference of feeling too tired and ready to sleep. It has a great taste and being a gummy makes it quite easy to chew and take down.

I used to always recommend melatonin to people when they couldn't sleep. But now I'm a little bit more hesitant. Melatonin was really effective in the beginning but over time, it stopped working, and then eventually I started having some really bizarre dreams because of it.

This stuff knocks me out! I am able to have deep REM sleep and it's amazing. The downside is that you can grow a tolerance to it so you have to take a few and then if it doesn't work slowly add more or go without it for a few nights so you don't grow a tolerance. Totally worth the price and I recommend it to anyone!

These are my favorite sleeping aid. Adding these Melatonin gummies has been my go to for the last 2 years. My only ask would be for these to have a higher Melatonin dose. 3mg is not enough at times. These gummiesare soft ad easy to chew, good flavor too. I would keep repurchasing them!

First I love the packaging of this brand and how different the containers are but I love how this product has melatonin, L-Theanine & botanicals! I have been struggling with sleep for the past six months in these help me get enough sleep so I can start my day right ! But for me I feel like I would have to take four gummy‘s because two gummy‘s only have 3 mg melatonin & I need a stronger amount but the taste of these taste fine to me some people might not like it I've heard but these taste better than most other sleep gummy‘s I've had tried and I know this brand has more great supplements and I am willing to try soon!
