I use the Olly Probiotics and absolutely love them! So I thought since I was so pleased with those I would try these. I tried the whole bottle, trying to be patient and give it time to work and nothing! Wish they would of been as great and effective as the Probiotics.

The gummies melt art the relatively low temperature of 80⁰ F, so I get not shipping them in the summer. (Such a melt down happened to me. They become a totally solid mass of 1/2 their original volume.) But in Michigan, that leaves 9 months out of the year when shipping would be just fine. It's important for people in rural areas who live far from the warehouse store. The gummies are mild and effective. Especially good around seasonal time changes and with jet lag.

I have been having a hard time sleeping lately, waking up every couple hours and not feeling rested at all in the morning. I found this at our local Club, tried it that evening and within 30 minutes was tired and slept through the night! I haven?t taken it on non-work nights and I again wake up a few times but when I take this, I sleep through the night. I would highly recommend it to anyone having trouble sleeping.
