I started taking these supplements to help me sleep and they were great at first! The taste was good and I always woke up feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, after a while, they seemed to lose their effectiveness and I stopped using them. Still, I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a sleep aid.

These helped me relax but I was unable to actually fall asleep using these. My husband however does like these because they do help him with sleeping and calming his mind. I guess it depends on each person and several other factors but they're worth a try because they may help you and if anything they are relaxing and calming.

The OLLY Restful Sleep Gummies are my holy grail when it comes to a sleeping aid. They taste great and begin to work quickly. It's absolutely helped me not only fall asleep, but stay asleep quickly. These are really effective and great to use if you need help feeling sleepy. They taste great too! Melatonin works really quickly on me so I typically take half the recommended dosage and still feel the effects. With this you should@still practice good sleep hygiene by not using any electronic devices 1 hour prior to sleep.

I have a lot of trouble sleep and these are my best friend. They taste great when it comes to supplements and put me to sleep amazingly! I don't feel too groggy the next day if I don't take it too late at night and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a sleep aid! I sadly only have two left:(

Nothing would help me sleep. I wasn’t falling asleep until 2 or 3. I just wasn’t tired. I’ve tried the pill version of melatonin and it didn’t work. I was even put on medication. I was recommend these from a friend. They’re now my best friend. It relaxes me within 30 minutes enough that I want to fall asleep.

I ordered these from the grocery store a few days ago. They do really well for me. They start working not too long after you take them. I even think I dreamed a little bit last night. The only problem is they smell and taste good......I want to eat them all...... but I don't think this would be a good idea. lol. I came here to check out the other products you have because I thought this one was great!

I love Olly gummy vitamins and have been satisfied with all of them except for these. I don't feel like they gave me any more of a restful nights sleep than I get on nights when I don't take a sleep aid. It might just be me, but I was very disappointed in these. They do taste good and are easy to chew and swallow, so I give them three stars.
