I did not find these gummy‘s worked to help me get sleepy at night. I tried taking the recommended amount for a few weeks 30 minutes before I wanted to sleep and even gave myself an environment to promote drowsiness however they did not work. I heard that the milligrams of these gummy‘s may be too high so that could be why. I would not try them again however if you did want to try them maybe take only half a gummy and see if that helps overtime.

These sleep gummies are fantastic! As someone who has tried various types of sleep aids and methods, including resorting to prescription sleep aids at times, these are great! I take them as needed and find that I wake up feeling rested, unlike other brands that can leave one feeling groggy, drowsy or even drunk. They're dangerously tasty also! :-)

These taste great and they leave a good taste in my mouth while I'm going to bed. I've been using them most days for a few years and they still seem to work great. I do suspect my sleep quality might go down a bit. But it's an easy way to get to sleep on time.

As with most of these sleep aids, they help you fall asleep and then your body takes over from there. This one does the trick to help you fall asleep but doesn't put you under like a prescription sleep aid. It tastes good and doesn't gum up your mouth like traditional gummies.

I'm a dispatcher who works swing shift. In simplest terms it's 3 different shifts squeezed into 5 days. 2 overnight 2 evenings and a day shift. I have thee worst possible sleep pattern. I either can't fall asleep or when I do I I toss and turn and well yall know how that goes… needless to say. THESE GUMMIES DO WONDERS! I take one of these, get a shower then boom next thing you know sleep like a newborn!

I bought the Olly Sleep to help me stay asleep through the night. The first night I took one with no results. The second night took two with no results. The label says only to take two. I'm not sure about taking more than two gummies. Disappointed, as I was hoping to get a full night of sleep.

Literally spat out my extra strength melatonin tonight. I honestly thought it was spoiled. Checked the ingredient list from my last bottle, yep, changed for the worse. Why? Literally why? You have had the best product on the market for YEARS. And my entire family have been loyal customers for years, and gladly paid the higher prices for a premium product. But I cannot stomach this new flavor and texture. Just tastes like all the other cheap chemical crap out there.

i honestly LOVE these. they are the only thing that can get me to sleep and not make me droopy in the morning. they are drug free so it makes me feel a lot better when taking them. i take these every night with no problems. i will definitely be repurchasing again.
