This product contains 3mg of melatonin, a dose that has been shown to be effective in promoting sleep in many scientific studies. Individual responses to any supplement can vary, and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. We make a variety of sleep aids, so perhaps OLLY Extra Strength Sleep would better meet your needs as it contains 5mg of melatonin per serving. There is also OLLY Ultra Strength Sleep Softgels that deliver 10mg of melatonin per serving.
