I bought this product hoping it would help me sleep, however I woke up multiple times, did not sleep long, and woke up not refreshed and groggy.

Didn't notice much of a difference in my sleep while using this product. It tastes good but otherwise pretty much ineffective

so yummy so good. didnt really put me to sleep tho. easy to eat. not strong enough. too easy to eat too many and get used to it
