These do not work for me. The melatonin gives me a “hangover” feel when I wake up in the morning and am thirstier than usual.

I tried them for a few days and they didn't help. When they finally work, I felt tired and groggy afterwards. I'll try Advil PM those work.

This helps me fall asleep, but I find that I wake up in the middle of the night- presumably when it’s worn off.

Didn’t notice much of difference taking these. I thought they were quite expensive for the amount you get.
