Helped a little with sleeping. Not my favorite. Stopped working after a week. Wish it would have worked after that.

I didn’t really notice much difference with these but they taste like candy. I would repurchase these.

I bought this product hoping it would help me sleep, however I woke up multiple times, did not sleep long, and woke up not refreshed and groggy.

This never works for me. I don’t think it’s this brand in particular I think melatonin just doesn’t work for me.

Didn’t work for me and my kiddo thought they were candy which was worry-some. Would not buy again just because of that issue.
