This are a wonderful melatonin gummy that let me sleep great. I think the gummies work way better than the pill version of melatonin.

These have a great flavor it is mild and not over powering. I wake up feeling very refreshed in the morning. I will purchase these again.

Great for nights you can't sleep. I don't use this regularly as to not mess with my body's natural ability to produce melatonin.

Once again, tasted great but did nothing to help me fall asleep. Might as well eat some fruit snacks.

I think they are over priced for what they are. You can purchase ones for less that do the same and taste the same. Save your money :)

good however. don't think it really knocked me out. i still was a little restless didn't see any obvious change really. taste is good like i said lol
