Out like a light

THESE WORK! I always struggled finding melatonin that actually works and idk where these were my whole life. The work wonders and i love them.

Couldn't stomach it

It just tasted really gross to me. I'm sure it probably works well, but there was a strange taste that made it hard to swallow.

These will knock you out

I love using these. They are the perfect sweet item to get me to fall asleep. I take 1 milligram before bed and 40 min later I am sleeping deeply.
