These definitely work! They say you need two but I only take one and it does the trick. Does give me nightmares sometimes if I take two

Didn't notice much of difference taking these. I thought they were quite expensive for the amount you get.

These we're okay but i also have extreme sleep problems. These helped though. Melatonin usually doesn't for me so this was good when i need.

They were delicious and all but I never felt that full nights rest, or drowsiness from it. Wanted to love them.

This helps me fall asleep but if I am awoken, I can't get back to sleep. I do also sometimes have nightmares when using this supplement.

Tastes great and is gentle. I don't have trouble falling asleep but rather staying asleep and this works great!

these knock me out!! I take them about 30 min before bed, and I fall straight to sleep. they also taste yummy, which is a plus!

Seems to work but it also gives me really weird dreams most of the time. Tastes fine and I like that it's a gummy. 

Kept me asleep for hours! I have a hard time falling asleep at night so I bought this so it'd be less of a struggle and it does exactly that!
