I love using these. They are the perfect sweet item to get me to fall asleep. I take 1 milligram before bed and 40 min later I am sleeping deeply.

I tried to use this product to help me go to sleep and I feel that it didn't work very well. I didn't enjoy the taste also as it tasted bitter.
