did the job. the only thing i wasn't super into was the taste. i've had better but i've also had worse

These were the first gummies I used when I first started using melatonin. They worked well at first but then after awhile they weren't strong enough.

I've always had trouble sleeping and staying asleep longer than 2 hours. Once I started taking these I fall asleep much faster and longer stretches.

I love using this sometimes when I just can't dose off, and especially love that I wake up feeling refreshed

These work ok to help me rest. It doesn't have really great sleep effects but helped me to get relaxed.
