These do not work for me. The melatonin gives me a “hangover” feel when I wake up in the morning and am thirstier than usual.

Great for a relaxing night, restful sleep and bright morning.  Easy to remember to take because I look forward to this treat!

These are amazing! Take one before I brush my teeth at night and by the time I crawl into bed I am ready to sleep like a bear!
