Have been using these for few months. Flavor is little strange but they work great help me and the kiddos sleep. Takes about 15 min and lights out.

It was a bit expensive for what they were. I thought they got hard and dried out very quickly. But they tasted well and worked to help my sleep.

they didn't really work for me. i have to take lots of them to fall asleep. but i'd rather not take any than take lots

2 of these and you will have the most restful night. There is no grogginess and or no after effects. Great product.
