nope nope nope nope. not only did i have trouble sleeping, i kept waking up. the mixture of ingredients just ended up not being a good fit for me

I have tried a lot of melatonin vitamins and I think the Olly brand is my favorite. The gummies taste great and I fall asleep really easily.

The taste was okay. Had a bit of an aftertaste but it did the trick. I was out in an hour and slept all through the night.

Basically a good melatonin. Helped me sleep through the night. The only bad side was the taste wasn't the best.

Didn't notice much of a difference in my sleep while using this product. It tastes good but otherwise pretty much ineffective

these knock me out!! I take them about 30 min before bed, and I fall straight to sleep. they also taste yummy, which is a plus!

Helps me to fall asleep. Definitely don't take every night so I am not sure if the effects taper off.

These are very delicious! I don't know if they actually help with my sleep but they are tasty and a nice bedtime ritual. I will keep eating them.

Taste is not my favorite, but these worked really well For me. I wish they were offered in another flavor option!
