It's a great quality for the price, no heaviness, a lufgtly chalky but worth it.

Super good with almond milk and a banana in the morning!

A staple in my daily meal plan. I can't imagine not drinking this supplement

Good protein powder fir smoothies

Good tasting to add to smoothies. Taste is a little strong on its own so I always add more water.

I mix two scoops with water and drink after my workout
