I put two scoops of this in my vitamix everyday with vegetables, fruit, chia seeds and flaxseed.

It is the best tasting protein powder!

Have it for breakfast everyday. Great taste.

Great to add to smoothies, or just have on its own as a shake!

I do not like this brand as well as another I have been buying. It doesn't seem to mix as well.
