It's easy to mix with juices or for making smoothies. I use it in the mornings as a meal replacement.

This is my least favorite flavor. It is not bad...but peanut butter and vanilla are both better. The taste is just kind of fake.

I like this product because it’s Whey FREE BUT the price 33% so if I can find some thing comparable I’ll be switching.
