I'm on my second container and find that it's a great meal substitute. It's good for getting my husband the protein he misses when he skips meals.

I use a shaker and find 8 to 10 oz milk 2% or 1% tastes better than whole milk or makes a nice thick drinkable shake it's very good and great for you

Tastes great but warning the taste is pretty overpowering. When I add it to my smoothies all I can taste is the protein powder.

I use this product with MyFitnessPal to insure I receive adequate calories, limit fat, and have the correct amount of protein with exercising.

I have used one scoop or two depending on my needs. I also like to add only enough water to make it creamy and eat like a pudding. Love this product.
