I love to have this stuff in the morning or before a workout. I like to add 1/3 of a cup of oats for some complex carbs to keep me full of energy for a good chunk of time.

Mix it with small amount of water (pudding consistency) and add fruit to it for breakfast. (Oranges, apples, blueberries). Use it as a recovery drink after the gym. Use it as a snack or if I need more protein in my daily intake.

I use this as a meal replacement for breakfast or half portions for snacks and it's so good!! literally tastes like a milkshake and it's nutritional! i don't get a lot of protein so this helps a lot

The vanilla is great! I make protein shakes and smoothies and you can choose to go fruity or chocolate/peanut butter very easily. Nutritionally gets the job done - a good middle of the road supplement for me

I love this flavor! Out of any protein shake I have tried this one is my favorite!! I usually drink matcha and a protein shake daily, mixing the two has been a time saver for my busy life with two kids! Please bring this flavor back!

My favorite is the chocolate. I make a smoothie every morning after I have my coffee. I always put a banana in it and sometimes apples and peanut butter. Any berry is delicious also. I use almond milk.
