I use the powder to make protein smoothies for a post workout boost. I love the powder. It tastes great (as long as you don't put too much in) and it's not chalky or grainy.

I use it after a hard workout for that extra protein needed in recovery. Typically, I cut the portion in half, using just one scoop and some cold water, and I'm good to go.
