I take as needed for me that's best. I would have anxiety's at times and this product certainly has helped

I purchased this product to help with menopausal symptons. I have never had any luck with supplements before but decided to give Ashwagandha a try. I was given to 2 sample packs that have 2 in each. I have taken only one a day for 4 days, and all I can say is WOW! I am going back to buy the bottle! I have been able to manage my stress at work a lot better. Notice a big difference as my mood feels very neutral, is the only way I can put it. When the evenings came, with all that busy mom stress, I could feel it wear off a bit so I will definitely be trying the recommended 2 a day to balance that out as well.
