I was excited to get this. The first day I made poached eggs. Then hours later I wanted to make boiled eggs and it wouldn't heat anymore. The light was on but the heating plate stayed cold. Bummed...

It was great when it worked. Bought it in February and used it about 3 times. Now it is dead. The light comes on and that is it. Very very disappointed.
