Hello! We are sorry the Dash Deluxe Egg Cooker did not fully meet your expectations and you had a difficult time peeling the eggs. For best results when peeling the hard boiled eggs we recommend soaking the eggs in ice water or running them under cold water immediately after removing from the Deluxe Egg Cooker to stop the cooking process and to make peeling easier. We provide additional tips and tricks in our included instruction manual. Hope this helps!
