I am not a gadget user AT ALL! I was given one of these egg cookers a few years back and it took me a while to use it. Once I started using it, I have not quit. I love it. This is the 3rd one I have purchased. I make hard boil eggs once a week and deviled eggs for parties. Couldn't imagine living without it now!

Perfect hard boiled eggs every time. Enjoy this little treasure because I need a dozen eggs boiled at one time to make my big chicken salad recipe! Pan boiling takes forever! Gets the whole dozen finished quickly. Peel the eggs. Toss all the other ingredients in, including the Amish green tomato relish which adds that extra good flavor and voila! Enough for hungry family and a bit for the neighbors!

When I first got this egg cooker last year, I was living with my parents and I honestly didn't use it much, since they had a stove, oven, pans, etc. However, I recently moved into my own apartment. This thing is a LIFESAVER and is pretty much the only reason I'm able to eat things besides chips and salsa. It's basically a steamer, so I've heated up frozen meals in it, cooked spaghetti in it, and it cooks amazing rice! (It cooked rice even better than my parent's rice cooker!) All of that in addition to, of course, cooking eggs!I haven't even needed to get a microwave because I can cook everything in this egg cooker.Now, I want my review to have 5 stars, because I do genuinely believe this is a product people should buy. However, there are two small things that I think could be improved:1. It would be really nice if there was more than one basket included. I know there may be replacements available somewhere, but I don't have the money to buy those currently, so I have to wash the omelette basket multiple times a day. Not the worst thing, but it gets really annoying when you're using the cooker for almost every meal.2. There's a burning smell after cooking sometimes, because residual water will get burned off. I've tried cleaning the metal part of the water basin with vinegar/water spray like the manual says to do, but it's really hard to get all of the residue off, and then it just all seems to all burn anyway even if you think you've cleaned it all. When I first started using the egg cooker it was really strong, but over time it seems to have worn off and now it's only on occasion that I notice it. Not the worst thing in the world, and maybe I could use tougher cleaning products, but it is definitely something to note. Overall I LOVE this egg cooker. It has truly saved my life as someone who doesn't cook, and I hope it continues to last for a very long time!!

I have been having trouble with peeling my hard boiled egg so I wanted to give this a try. I just used the cooker for the first time and some of the eggs peeled very easily, some peeled ok and 2 were difficult. Overall though my results were better than boiling on the stove.

The product seems to work well for ouched eggs. Still trying to get the perfect pouched egg. If you take the eggs out as soon as it beeps, the whites are still loose and not fully cooked. I will update my review after I use it more. Because I still have to use it for hard boiled eggs.

We love deviled eggs! (They're mebbled because that's how the youngest said it, and it stuck) I found this while last-minute Christmas shopping and bought it as a gift to the house. It worked great! The boys marveled at the perfectly shaped eggs, without flat bottoms. The yolks were all yellow and creamy. And we didn't have to drag out the old cookbook to verify how many minutes. Again. The only drawback is trying to pack all the accessories into it for storage. I wish it came with a strap that perhaps attaches to the base, to keep everything in place.

I ordered this because my son is almost 18 years old and getting ready to sign to play college football. I'm always boiling eggs for him and I thought this would be perfect to take to college with him. Although I LOVE it and may keep it and order him another one

I dearly love my Dash Deluxe Egg Cooker!!! I wish that I had this unit decades ago. It is so easy to use and does a great job of cooking eggs. It is also, easy to clean up, all of the pieces can be put in the dishwasher, on the TOP SHELF. However, it is just as easy to simply hand wash. I also love that the eggshells rarely crack, like when you boil them in a pan. I have only used this product to steam the eggs as soft, medium, or hard-boiled. I can't wait to make poached eggs or frittatas/omelets. Right now, I seem to be craving boiled eggs. I have always LOVED boiled eggs, whether they are soft, medium, or hard, since I was a child and that was over 70 years ago!

Used it to cook a soft poached egg and it worked beautifully! I love the musical chime when the time is up - so much better than a screech or a buzz :) Next use will be for 12 hard boiled eggs, which I am sure will turn out exactly right as promised.

Love the egg boiler/cooker. I had the smaller one but decided to upgrade to the bigger one since my family love their eggs. I like how this one plays music instead of screeching. It is honestly worth every penny for perfect hard boiled eggs as well as pouched eggs too! And super easy to peel afterwards. Id definitely recommend this product
