Excellent alternative to candy bars and chips. Prefer the Omega 3 mix- because I love nuts and not mostly raisins. Individual bags are fresher than a single large bag. Grab and go!

These are a favorite of mine. I really enjoy them when I want a snack. I even put a bag of them on my cereal. The only issue I've had is one of the snack bags was nearly empty and the manufacturer has no way for consumers to contact them.

I like to keep these in my car for a quick snack when I need a little lift. These are healthy and very delicious. Being unsalted, they do not make me thirsty.

Excellent Mix of nuts, seeds and cranberries. What I love is the mix is individually packed and sealed - taking out the guess work about how much to eat a day. I’ve incorporated it in my daily diet and am happy. The nuts and seeds are fresh and crunchy.

Currently I've been dumping the contents on top of my morning cereal. I used to have one a day at work for an easy healthy snack. They claim to by high in Omega 3, my excellent triglyceride numbers seem to support that. Several years ago I was using fish oil Omega 3 thinking it was healthy for me, but my triglycerides were high, just opposite of what was supposed to happen. My doctor and I did an experiment, I stopped the fish oil supplement and my triglycerides went down. With a pack of these a day, the numbers are even better.

I don't think either my husband or myself would enjoy our evening salads half as much as we do were it not for this gourmet salad topper of just the right amount of sweet, tart and crunch from the pecans. I buy 5 bags at a time to ensure we wont run out! Highly recommend it!

This medley of nuts, fruit and seeds is delicious. One bag is sufficient, but two or three are desired. Once you get your first bite, you will have these in your house forever. Great in lunches, snacks, outside with a friend, just relax and you will be eating this trail mix. Very good and nourishing.

Smelled like fingernail polish remover inside big bag. Not sure if the smell was coming from the big bag or the small bags inside? I couldn’t stand the odor, so removed the individual packages and put inside a gallon zip-lock bag and threw the outer bag in the trash!

Good healthy snack at a good price. Wish Sams would continue to add more healthy options at good prices. Some of the healthy snacks I’ve seen offered are way out of reach due to price. Freeze dried strawberries, for example. These trail mix packs are good and we keep them on hand.

I really like this mixture. I’ve cut out added sugar in my diet and only eat this as “sweets” now. Because the mixture is high in protein with no added sugar, it’s helped me lose 13 ponds this past month when used with other doctor approved dietary changes.
