Good healthy snack at a good price. Wish Sams would continue to add more healthy options at good prices. Some of the healthy snacks I’ve seen offered are way out of reach due to price. Freeze dried strawberries, for example. These trail mix packs are good and we keep them on hand.

Excellent Mix of nuts, seeds and cranberries. What I love is the mix is individually packed and sealed - taking out the guess work about how much to eat a day. I’ve incorporated it in my daily diet and am happy. The nuts and seeds are fresh and crunchy.

I really like this mixture. I’ve cut out added sugar in my diet and only eat this as “sweets” now. Because the mixture is high in protein with no added sugar, it’s helped me lose 13 ponds this past month when used with other doctor approved dietary changes.

Currently I've been dumping the contents on top of my morning cereal. I used to have one a day at work for an easy healthy snack. They claim to by high in Omega 3, my excellent triglyceride numbers seem to support that. Several years ago I was using fish oil Omega 3 thinking it was healthy for me, but my triglycerides were high, just opposite of what was supposed to happen. My doctor and I did an experiment, I stopped the fish oil supplement and my triglycerides went down. With a pack of these a day, the numbers are even better.

My kids and I love these yummy, full flavored, filling, healthy snacks!! Both flavors are delicious! The amount of sweet fruit in them pair well with the nuts. Making it a go to snack for my kids and I! If you need something to fill you up for awhile or while your on the go, these will do it! They are packed with a mix of nuts and fruit. In a great snack sized amount! They provide your body with good energy to snack on! Making my kids ask for & want these as a snack! Which I love! Far better than eating any other high calorie, high sugar, empty nutritional snacks, by far! So I highly recommend these!
