The bed feels amazing, along with the platform we got with it. Easily one of the best purchases I've made this year. The feel is real and the price is great. I've already recommended this to multiple people!

Frame came in box no instructions, no return info I guess we're supposed to just guess how to set it up I think it's missing bolts to connect 2 halves together

We ordered the king size frame. It was easy to put together and sits up higher than our old frame with a box spring. No squeakiness. I am happy with the purchase.

False advertising they show u pic of how the bed will look and show that it has room for storage underneath big enough for to plastic bins stacked on top when in reality that isnt true. Very disappointed .

This frame took us only about 10 minutes to put together, yet feels really sturdy. I've been sleeping on it for about a week now and have zero complaints. Lots of room underneath for storage.

So far I like the mattress. I bought the king with springs. It maybe a little to firm, but better than being stuck in foam. Only been using about 8 days. So....jury is still out

This is my second purchase, the first was for our granddaughter 2 years ago and she raved about it and is still in love with it, same as the day she got it, last night was our first night using the mattress and wow what a night. Great night sleep, very comfortable and love it.

My Zinus mattress is firm but still cradles you ever so slightly. Your body sinks in a 1/2 inch or so. So far, I love it. I also bought the extra tall bed frame. I have tons of storage under the bed. I understand Zinus has a good return policy. I won't be using it but give their mattresses a try. You won't be disappointed.

Even though I like my bed, the smell has not left my room and it has been about 2 weeks. I aired out my room on numerous occasions and I don't know why it's not gone. ALSO, I paid for a 12" and it only increased to 11". I don't know if that's on the people who measure the bed before it goes out but I documented it and I even measured it myself twice and I lost an inch I paid for. Other than that, the bed is great.
