So first off I have never owned a memory foam mattress before. My bed took about 48 hours to expand to about 90% capacity and then a few more days after I started sleeping on it for it to expand completely, the corners are the only area that took a bit to expand. It was a little uncomfortable for the first couple of days as my body adjusted to the mattress (which is definitely a good thing)! After having this bed for a few weeks now I’m absolutely in love with it! It’s super comfortable and I no longer wake up with back pain like I did on my old spring mattress. I hope that this mattress lasts a very long time!

This bed frame is awesome! Easy to put together. I have to admit, the bed is way high! Need a step stool to get on bed. Didn't think it would be so high. I do love it but not good for someone who is handicap as I am but there is plenty of storage room for my underbed draws and containers. I would send back for a lower frame but I decided to keep it as I ordered all new bedding and bed skirt for it and it does look beautiful! I highly recommend! PS. My poor dog hates it LOL as she can not jump on and off the bed now without my help.

I moved into a small apartment and needed extra space for underbed storage, and this frame is just what I needed. I've only had it for a couple weeks, but I have not experienced any squeaking at all, and it feels very stable. Totally worth the money.

Rarely do I write reviews but this product deserves one. Where has this smartbase been all of my life?? Not only was it delivered to my door but it was easy (and I mean- EASY) to assemble all by myself! My roommate asked if I needed help but I was already done in less than 10 minutes, if that. The extra storage underneath is a dream and it is handsdown the sturdiest frame I have ever had. Well made and well though out product. Will never buy an ordinary frame again.

Was easy to put together and sturdy. I was a bit disappointed that one section was slightly bent (dented in). Does not really affect the integrity of the frame but I would have preferred an unbent one. The non slip pad was not included but that issue was addressed immediately and very quickly. Great product and amazing storage space.

I'm glad I got the ccombo I did. I got the memory foam 12 inch green tea mattress and the 18 inch premium smartbase deluxe platform bed/mattress foundation, both queen size. I was sooo hesitant to purchase a mattress online, not being able to feel it first. I did a ton of research, reading reviews and watching videos about various "matress in a box" mattresses. The base: Easy to put together seems sturdy. Amazing amount of storage. The mattress: Feels pretty plush, if you like a firm feel you may want to go with a thinner version. I've been sleeping so much better than on my old squeeky standard mattress. The only trouble I had was gettting the mattress before the base so I stupidly opened mattress (which inflated to it's size within an hour) and it was a pain to get onto the base, but that was my bad. I'm 5'2 so it is a little too high for me, but I wanted that extra storage. It's been a few weeks and I really do love it.

I was hesitant about purchasing a mattress/frame online, without being able to see or test the product(s) in-person. However, once the frame arrived, it was SO easy to assemble, and I have nothing negative to say about it. I was worried that the mattress might slide off, because there's no lip or edge around the frame, but it hasn't been a problem at all. I only wish I had tried Zinus sooner!!

This is my second purchase, the first was for our granddaughter 2 years ago and she raved about it and is still in love with it, same as the day she got it, last night was our first night using the mattress and wow what a night. Great night sleep, very comfortable and love it.

The Zinus queen 18inch frame is the BEST! No movement, no noise, perfect height, GREAT sleeping with beautiful dreams. One of the best and smartest purchases we've ever made. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful sleeping and loving experience ever!

Read the reviews and sounded like a steal for the price. We ordered this to have a decent bed in our spare bedroom and now our two teenage kids won't sleep in their bed as they take turns sleeping in the spare bedroom. Needless to say, the whole family loves the mattress. Will be getting more in the future
