... Unless you do NOT want to deal with real copper. I have owned copper pots for many decades, going back to the days of Revere Ware and beyond. YES all copper discolors with cooking. Some foods worse than others. And normal cleaners don't help. But any good copper cleaner takes care of the problem. You Will Know.

I bought these pans a month ago and they look awesome and thats about it. These pans would be better wall ornaments. I made scrambled eggs in the small pan and it took me 15 minutes to clean. I've spraid them before cooking and cleaning them are terrible. The discolor of the copper after 4 or 5 uses looks like we have had them for 5 years.
