I bought this set as a Christmas present for my son in law who is a chef. He loves them. States they do exactly what they are suppose to in regards to cooking evenly. They need some daily maintenance to preserve the copper look but he states they are wonderful to cook with.

I ordered one set and liked it so well, I ordered a second set to get the extra pots. So far it is excellent both for cooking and cleans well. If you follow the cleaning instructions and dry it immediately after cooking, it keeps its luster look. I am very pleased

This is a set that you should only buy if you enjoy spending time hand washing after each use.

The viking cookware is better made and heavier than I expected. I live it!

Food STICKS to thus coo ware even when you add cooking oil. I hate that and I want to return it!

I got these for Christmas and they are stunning. However after the first wash 2 of my pans have turned a different color.

This is great cookware. This is copper, so it will discolor with use. Some bartenders friend cleaner brings cookware back to life.

Ordered these several weeks ago. Love them. I use Revere copper and stainless cleaner after each use.
