Not all cinnamon are the same. Ceylon cinnamon is a very good source of cinnamon!! This helps to regulate my blood sugar. I love this one!

I just started using them. They said to take two a day but I was Leary At first then so I only took one a day Yeah, I started using the Recommended of two a day. Haven’t noticed anything yet, but hoping for the best.
