The Ceylon cinnamon is perfect for us. One pill daily. It’s easy to swallow and great nutrition wise.

I just started using them. They said to take two a day but I was Leary At first then so I only took one a day Yeah, I started using the Recommended of two a day. Haven’t noticed anything yet, but hoping for the best.

I have bought this cinnamon many, many times. Love the product. Just ordered another 2 bottles and noticed it doesn’t come in the dark brown bottle anymore. ,but comes in clear plastic bottle. The dark bottle is what makes this product not breakdown in exposed light. So, I will no longer be buying this product again. It saddens me that this has happened.
