These gummies taste great (almost too great — I could probably eat the whole container in a few days), and I don’t have to worry about the potential enamel-damaging effects of drinking apple cider vinegar.

I didn't notice any drastic health changes but I would definitely buy again! I would recommend this to others looking to supplement with Apple cider vinegar! I don’t believe in the health benefits of apple cider vinegar, but it makes for a tasty fruit snack. I just wouldn’t pay supplement prices for them.

I am someone who suffers from hypertension, therefore I was interested in taking apple cider vinegar supplements for some time. However I was nervous about the taste as apple cider vinegar can be a bit tart. I am here to tell you that these are really tasty! You do taste a little acv, however it’s not overwhelming. I have also noticed better digestion of my food. I also have had more energy lately. I haven’t needed a daily coffee since a few days into taking these. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.
