I’ve taken apple cider vinegar in liquid form before & it is not good at all but the health benefits are worth it! So I’m happy to finally have it in this easy to take form!

You can taste a tag of vinegar mixed with apple, but tastes better than other vinegar options I’ve tried. I’m looking for less sugar option because I count macros everyday and the sugar/carbs add up.

There is a strong smell of apple cider vinegar but they don’t taste that way at all. Second it’s hard to tell of these work. I know the benefits of apple cider but without going to the doctor who knows if these work. With that, these are good if you want an alternative. I have nothing bad to say about them.

When you open the bottle it smells like apples. I shared with some family members and they loved them as well. The texture is like a fruit snack and quick bite. The price is fairly high compared to others but I would definitely buy more. I had to look up the benefits of these because the bottle doesn’t say. Overall, I am really satisfied with these. Best complimentary gift I could receive.
