After taking 2 capsules a day for a month I think that these capsules are helping curb my appetite. It also takes some will power!

I have not tried it yet so I can't tell you it's good or not. But the tablets better than drinking the real stuff. It still reeks but at least you don't have to chug it

There is possibly nothing wrong with the product. Purchased in error due to same packaging but this is capsules and i am ise to gummies. I do not know why the gummies were discontinued.
