Started taking ACV capsules to help control weight gain, decrease cholesterol and lower blood sugar levels. Have tried several brands & potencies and found these to be the best for us. ACV is not for everyone, so we were cautious before trying Nature's Truth brand.

I bought the Apple Cider Vinegar supplements after being told that Sam's Club carries them. I was not aware that ACV came in supplement capsule form. I had been drinking it in water but eventually stopped because I couldn't face the taste every day and worried about tooth enamel erosion. When I learned of the capsules and that I could purchase them at Sam's I was very happy. I also like the price at Sam's Club. My spouse takes them, I take them, and we feel better knowing that we am getting enough of ACV daily in a very convenient way. There is no after taste and no problems with our tummy.

The Apple Cider Vinegar supplements are easy to take and have been helping me to lose weight, along with a combination of supplements. Much better than drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar that upsets my stomach.

You can smell the vinegar... it seems to be as effective as drinking vinegar directly... without the strong taste.

Used to be available in store. I take one every morning and every evening. no leg cramps in the middle of the night. Other great health benefits.

I like the Apple Cider Vinegar capsules. I honestly can't say what they are doing health wise, I just take them because of the supposedly health benefits and help with possible weight loss. I don't see any real significant weight loss, but I'm hoping, lol. I used to drink apple cider vinegar, and that did help with weight loss, so I'm hoping that these will as well.

Ive used these for about a month. No complaints!

Finally an ACV option I can use. 3tablets are 11.25ml. 11.25ml is 2.282 tsp. 2tsp is what Dr Eric Berg recommends you take before a meal to aid in digestion, and boy does it! Im eating Keto, and OMAD and have dropped 20# in the first 8 days. I have never had this great of a start. I see at least 36 more bottles of this in my future over the next two years as I work to drop 200lbs.

Years ago I was diagnosed with borderline bad cholesterol. At one point the doctor put me on one of those pills for cholesterol, after a few days my muscles hurt so bad I couldn't get out of bed. Had to stop taking them. Started using apple cider vinegar with the mother. Started with the jog in the bottle. 2 cups garpe juice( no sugar added) 2 cups apple juice(nsa) 1/2 cup vinegar with the mother for years, tastes like wine.Then went with the gummies. Now using the capsules. Didn't lose much weight, but my cholesterol is and has been the best ever. Bad is very low and good cholesterol is very high. Doctor is very pleased. So am I.
