Won't stay connected to wifi

This device has been a huge pain. I have restarted it so many times, changed my wifi channel, and still it will lose the wifi connection and I can't get it to reconnect despite it saying my wifi signal is Excellent. I want to replace it w/ a better device.

Easy to install/Use

I'd been considering buying a product to stream in my semi older tv after purchasing my 1st "smart tv" and the Roku was the best priced, and once I got it home I realized it was VERY easy to install & it's VERY easy to use. I now use it nightly & LOVE it

Terrible signal and customer service

I bought one of these a few weeks ago to replace my amazon fire stick. This is just about 30 feet from my router and is constantly buffering and bearly gets signal. I have 150mb/s service and my firestick always had great signal I emailed customer support but they ignored my emails.

Great device, until the connector stops working

This was a great device (I have 3) but as soon as the internal connection get loose (which happened on all of mine) the device is worthless. I tried to exchange, but would have to pay to return it, so that was a waste of time. I had the old ones for years with no problems. I had these for a couple of months and Bam, they go bad.

Will not Reconnect

We bought a Roku less than a year ago to replace the cable that we were barely using. Around September, it would work super slowly before it just quit connecting all together. I have tried everything from restarting the device and modem countless times, to doing a factory reset which worked for a week. I just checked my internet's stats and setting and it can connect to all other devices just fine. None of the FAQs or online tutorials have helped.

PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS!!! DOES NOT WORK

I bought this at the end of November and I haven’t used it much at all since I’m not a big tv watcher. However 2/21/22 my device stopped connecting to the WiFi and that seems to be a common issue with this product. It says I have excellent signal strength and all my other devices are connected to WiFi except my Roku. I really hate that I invested in this device, not only because it doesn’t work but because you can’t even get in touch with any in support after you’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps that are pointless and don’t work. Roku knows it’s their devices that are horrible but they’ll continue to say check your connection. Don’t waste your time or money. And Roku, DO BETTER!!!!!

Great Little Gadget.

Worth the price. I wanted to see some shows I hadn't seen and got tired of on Demand cutting off the end of the program due to overtime of the previous program. So I bought the cheapest ROKU Model. The only down, is you can't fast forward through commercials. But you can binge watch to your hearts content, an at least you know how many commercials at each interval.

Poor quality picture

I replaced my google chromcast with the express unfortunately the picture quality is very poor about half the time. I have searched the net and tried several solutions to no avail. I have reinstalled chromcast. Looks like my problem is the 2.5 mhz. Think I need a 5.

So i bought three roku express boxes about a year ago. Only one is now working. The one dont light up or anything and thw one i had in my room has the LIGHT ON BUT IT ISNT WORKING. i checked all hdmi cords and all the tvs i hit the reset button i did ALL the stuff it says to do and still no picture on my screen. WHY DONT ROKU HAVE A SUPPORT LINE TO CALL IN SO THEY CAN HELP INSTEAD OF DOING ALL THIS AND IT NOT WORKING.

Stopped working after a few months

It was working great and I loved it. I installed all my favorite streaming services and never had any issues at all. Then all of a sudden, it started having connection issues and now I can't even get past the start setup page. It's useless now and I can't even get my money back because it's been longer than 30 days.
