The product is Great and Club Manager confirmed a good seller ! But Sam's Club is a failure for not allowing to stock in or be shipped to Hawaii anymore . Can't even get a definitive answer from their buyers as to why not after promises of getting the reason fro both club manger and chat support .

Tossing them on my back porch and the blue jays line up to swoop down and grab one is great fun. Also a quick filling snack. Seems it would be a great treat to take to an outdoor gathering of teens where the mess wouldn't matter because it's just different from the sweets people often take to gatherings. Five pounds is A LOT of peanuts!

These peanuts are fresher and of much higher over-all quality than those offered at other local big box stores! No mildew, no shrivels & no over-roasted peanuts. Good firm vacuum on the bags - a big plus compared to the competition. All at a very reasonable price! These peanuts are now on my favorites list at Sam's Club.

Bag arrived full of crushed shells, and what looks quite a bit like a dark mold on the shells and on some of the visible peanuts loose in the bag. I think I'll be throwing this bag away without opening as the mold would also be toxic to our parrot as well.

I buy these to feed the squirrels around my house. We have several and they have 2 litters of babies a year so we end up with 4-6 babies from each female twice a year and most of the walnut trees have been cut down, so I feed them all winter with these peanuts and sunflower seeds, it keeps them from raiding my bird feeders.

I purchase this often and am pretty disappointed with the last two bags. There were a lot of empty shells and I was expecting a corresponding amount of loose peanuts in the bottom of the bag but nope, just a few peanuts. Where are all the peanuts going that were in those empty shells????? I will buy again but will pay closer attention to the next bags. In the past I would have given this product at least a 4 star rating for value alone compared to competing products but not when there's a lot less usable product in the bag. Quality control is lacking accountability this time.

I love the size and price of this bag. I was buying these from our regular grocery store in smaller bags at twice the price. I've always used these for my squirrel-friends but I also eat several when I'm feeding them........really good flavor. Yes, some peanuts are bigger, some are roasted more, some shells may be broken (or empty) but very few. This is common with any brand of in-shell peanuts so I don't see that as a valid complaint. None have been "raw"......always roasted. I love them, my critters love them, and they are an EXCELLENT price. I used to keep a jar of name brand roasted & shelled peanuts in the house just for me but I honestly would rather eat the Hampton's! Highly recommend, good bang for the buck!

I’ve purchased this item several time and am usually satisfied. The previous purchase some of the peanuts had mold and had to through them out. This purchase I open the bag and so far about a quarter of the bag is empty shells. Any quality control this company had clearly isn’t sufficient.

This was an online order and when i opened the box the bag was busted open and all the nuts were in the bottom of the shipping box. Already out of the shell. Some were falling out of the cracks in the bottom of the box. I dont recommend this product.

I have bought at least 10 bags of these over the last 6 months. You never know what you are going to get. The quality control is terrible. The amount of roasting in each bag is all over the place. Some almost raw to some overly roasted. I eat a lot of peanuts as a snack and this brand is by far the worst.
