First time that I have tried this product. The peanuts are undersized and over roasted compared to other brands that I have used. It seems that I am throwing away too many inedible peanuts.

Hampton Farms Salted In-Shell Peanuts are always good. I've had other brands but the Hampton's always seem just a little bet better. They were out at Sam's Club so I had them delivered to my house.

This is the first Sam's item that I would not buy again. Price was good, but the percentage of empty shells and rotten, shriveled, or dark/bitter peanuts was waaaaay too high. Around 50%. Quality (or quality control) was very poor.

Very tasty and has less sodium than other brands. They used to be sold at local club near my house, but haven’t seen them for a while. Hope it’ll be sold in local club again soon.

Have bought these several times and have found that half of the time they are fine the rest of the time they have been awful. The peanuts have either a rotten or old taste. Got tired of having to search through the bags to look for a good one. New Mexico Sam's Clubs should stock the Portales Peanuts at least the are from the state and are fresh.

Glad you offer salted pea in a shell. However the peanuts are somewhat stale with lots of over dried peanuts, half empty broken shells and some black molded shells. The quality is sub par. Please work with vendor on quality. Maybe chats little more for top quality.

The collection of nuts in the bag run from shriveled to rotten to overcooked to almost but not quite good. I've never run across so many peanuts that were just empty in one bag. I don't expect every product from Sams to be the end all, be all - but these are just downright bad.

These 5 pound bags must be all the rejected peanuts. The peanuts are not fresh, hard to crack open and lack the salted roasted flavor taste that I'm use to with the the numerous smaller quantity bags of the Hampton Farms brand peanuts I have purchased in the past. I would not recommend purchasing this 5 pound bag.

I purchased two bags from Sam's club, both bags contained more rotten or burnt nuts then edible nuts, thought it might be from the same batch so I bought another bag from a different store with the same results. I wrote to Hampton Farms to tell them they had a quality control issue and they sent me both salted and unsalted complimentary bags and the unsalted were fine but the salted were the same as the store bought... I really thing they have a quality control issue

Peanuts are peanuts. What else to say except from Sam's Club. Five pounds for less than 6 bucks. These are salted in the shell. Our Torrance store only carries non-salted ones. Why? I had to get them online. Thankfully there was no shipping cost because of the plus membership. Would buy again.
