Let me start by saying I am typically not a brand-name shopper and almost always gravitate to the generics. I was very excited to see this as an option to save money. I compared the percentages of all ingredients to frontline and even talked with the pharmacist. Although the ingredients are the same, my 3 dogs all started scratching and I noticed fleas and flea eggs with in about 2 weeks. One dog developed a rash & her once beautiful coat looks thin & sparse. My dogs (2 labs & a basset) are 7 to 8 years old and they have never had fleas but we have always used Frontline. I’m going back to Frontline!

1st time I ever bought these & These have a very strange rule that the pets have to be separated for like 24 or more hours after treatment, I had NEVER SEEN ANY PRODUCT SAY THAT, so I reached out to the company & asked about it & their answers gave me greater concerns, my pets can’t be separated for that long, & their answers were such that I asked why not separated from little kids then & etc. & they said that was a good question, but they didn’t know. So I returned them & order our normal brand, we have used for 20 years.

I've used this product since that first came out. Since it's the same ingredients as named, more expensive brands. We've always given our dogs a flea & tick bath treatment, then apply this product. The bath shampoo I use is my own combination of products, to help with fleas, itching and skin dryness. For heads & faces I only use Johnson Baby Shampoo. Once everyone is treated we don't see any more fleas. Though they do need another occasional bath, we try to do it all around the same time a month later. Our dogs are big, so weekly baths are out. Doing this they stay relatively clean.

I have used Advocate and Revolution on my dogs before and they worked like magic until the summer of 2019. This year the fleas seemed to either have become immune to those medications or I had a massive infestation in the back yard. I tried both medications and nothing seemed to work until I saw this at my local Sam’s Club. It was on sale too! $19.98. I gave it a shot and it worked. I just don’t like how the dogs’ coats look afterwards but that is minimal compared to the fleas being gone.

Sam's always been for me as the standard of the quality. I don't understand why they selling this product it doesn't work. After two weeks fleas come back in larger quantities. Maybe if you dog stays in the house all the time it will work. Its only reason I can see the positive reviews. But if you going for walk, park or anywhere else it doesn't work. Stop sealing this poor product it doesn't work.

We always worry about fleas due to a massive stray cat population in our town. This will be the 3rd year of using this flea medicine and we have yet to have any issues thankfully. We use to use a name brand that cost 3 times more and decided to try this out. So glad we did! Also anyone worry about the cats we have a few catch and release organisation lots of us work with to try and get it under control. It has taken a few years but finally the reproduction numbers are dropping and people are adopting the tamer ones.

I bought this for my 6 yr old Old English Bulldoggie.. She has severe allergies to bites so I thought I would try this as a preventative.. She is allergic to this brand.. The line down her back is inflamed and puffy.. Watching her like a hawk per the vet.. She is not in any pain as I can see nor distress.. This product is horrible of this is the reaction my furbaby is going to have every use...

Had no effect on fleas.

One treatment got rid of fleas and itching on my 9 week old puppy.

I bought this for my five dogs & it did not help one of them. Do not buy this.
