A 4 year old German Shepard couldn't break it. So the owner tried using pliers, much success. So the I owner didn't allow the furbaby to have the dental chews. The dental chews were tossed out for the wild animals. If something won't break with solid strong teeth or with pliers, it may mean the chews may not digest properly in a furbaby.

it works! when i got them i was like maybe itll help my dogs breathe but if not itll be a treat for her anyways. but when she ate it her breathe was not near as bad and did not smell her breathe from 3 feet away ntmore! i barely smelled her breathe when in my face it worked to well. i definitely recommend getting.

Don't know what it was with these - but gave my dog a serious case of diarrhea. Would not buy again. Bought 2 boxes of them for him and now going to have to pitch them... may take the unopened box to the Humane Society - but leery of what's in these and would hate to have the volunteers deal with the fallout.

I really like the features of these dental treats. It's wonderful that they're vet-recommended, so I feel confident my pup's getting what's best for her. The tiny/small dog size is perfect and she absolutely loves them! The breath fresheners are a total lifesaver - her breath smells so much better. Plus, they help remove plaque, which is awesome. Overall, these are a hit in our house!

These dental chews are impressive with 5 breath fresheners and ability to remove plaque and tartar. They're perfect for small dogs. Areas for improvement include the hardness and durability. My dog took time to finish it and left crumbs, but it significantly improved his breath!

one of the best dental dog chews out there. it literally keeps your dogs teeth clean and breath fresh , the chews scrubs away built up tarter in their teeths , i give 2 consistently everyday after a meal and her mouth and teeths arewhite as snow. You won't be dissapointed.

My senior Cockerpoo’s breath was deadly …could knock you over. No one wanted to go near him :( At his age I did not want to put him under anesthesia for a cleaning at vet .. tried many breath bones…Minties are the only ones that worked. He loves them and his bad breath is completely resolved. Wanted to share experience to help all with same problem.

Very similar to the national brand, at a substantial savings. My only personal experience with them is my elderly dog, who absolutely loves them. She has a broken tooth, with the attending bad breath, and one a day eliminates the bad breath. Any time I need these, they're my first choice.

I have 5 dogs and give one of them each day after their main meal. We have used them for about 6 months. My vet has told me that they help so much that they do not need their dental cleanings nearly as often. I consider Minties a great investment in my dogs' health and they love them as well!

My dog Maggie loves these and we play hide and seek with them every morning when it’s time for me to go to work. She had some pretty destructive separation anxiety issues when I first adopted her, so I thought this game would distract her for a bit. She’s much better- but now it’s just a part of our regular routine. She gets so excited when she hears the lid to the treat jar that I keep them in. Game on!
