I am so HAPPY with these because it is everything to me and my husband. First, they are VERY DELICIOUS ESPECIALLY THE CC COOKIE DOUGH! 10 stars yum! Taste great. One of, if not the best tasting protein bar on the market....but contains maltitol and maltodextrin which are known to cause blood sugar spikes. Avoid if you are Keto as it will probably knock you out of ketosis. It does for me and many other keto lifestyle people I know and limit intake for diabetics.
