Taste very good like a dessert, has the protein grit on the bottom but not enough to skew the flavor would buy again

As a protein bar, more flavorful than most. I enjoyed eating them. I've used them as a small meal substitute.

These bars provide high protein,with low sugar and calories. The carb count is less than other bars and these taste good. Definitely recommend!
