They do fill you up! Hae been eating them for breakfast and can make it to lunch without snacking in between. The peanut butter variety is pretty bland though, not much of a peanut butter taste. Good price compared to brands.

Weird after taste. Not to my liking

I love these fitcrunch bars, I try to stay on a no sugar diet but these are a very low sugar treat a few times a week. The 16g of protein is good as well if you try to eat healthier but still need a treat every now and then.

If you're watching your carb intake, but find yourself with a sweet tooth craving, this may be a good option for you. Both flavors are good (I prefer the peanut butter flavored best), and are high in protein, without having a heavy chalky taste like I've encountered in some other high protein snacks. I keep a box if these at work as an afternoon snack to keep the energy up. I recommend them.

I lost 59 pounds in four months following a simple plan called "Trainer Joe's 21 Day Transformation." There is a strict plan for eating that includes specific protein bars. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. However, after completing the program and wanting some variety, I found these and have loved them. It is hard to believe the only significant difference between Fit Crunch and the one Trainer Joe recommends is only the 3 grams of total sugar. Oh yes, the other significance is taste. My close friends know my favorite candy bar is usually Heath or Butterfinger. However, I would just as soon have these bars. They just taste good. By the way, Sam's does carry the recommended Quest Bars.

I didn’t care for the flavor but I have a huge box of them so I will keep some to emergencyz’s . ( type 2) snd then I will give them to a friend . Next time I will make sure I have tried a single and taste it first but it’s. It bad and very affordable .

I love these. I just found this brand and it gives me a joy of eating a chocolate bar eventhough that is not what I normally eat. The crunch and the taste makes it different from a normally same tasting protein bars I normally will get. High protein and good taste are amazing!
