I bought this as there were no better alternatives in stock (or so I thought). I didn't see the can sugar ingredient until I already purchased. Do not buy this if you are trying to eat Keto or Carnivore full stop. It's low on sugar, but still contains sugar.

This product has a great taste, softer texture (not like a hard jerky) and a reasonable price compared to similar products. It's great for a low-carb or keto diet snack. Larger outer packet holds three smaller packets so the product stays fresh longer. No MSG, no gluten, no nitrites, and I can pronounce all the ingredients. ;D I'll be buying this again!

We ordered these from Sam's. They were good until they weren't! Full of mold! NASTY! Taking both bags back to Sam's. They were delivered on Dec 4th 2025. Upon reading more reviews we are not the only ones that received the moldy product! yuck! Where's the quality control and the Health Department ratings! This is nasty!

I bought this about a month ago and was nervous about them being too fatty or coming across bone fragments (yuck). I'm so glad that I tried them as they are some of the best sausages I've ever had--delicious! They are extremely satisfying for people on a low-carb program, having only 1/2 a gram of carb per piece.

Didn’t really have a great flavor

We keep this in the cupboard most of the time for a quick snack.

I usually like these but these were so dry. Didn’t even finish them.
