Installing this video doorbell was a cinch. It was easy to connect to my Wi-Fi as well. Delivery was super fast too. Thank you Sam’s.

Love the product. Your site said I would have it on a Monday, didn't arrive until Wednesday didn't appreciate that.

The system was very easy to install and quick setup on my phone. Only issue I have is motion detection is really sensitive (Tree in front yard will move from wind and that sets it off).

setup was not too bad, no integration with amazon echo to see video. got motion alerts but no video to see what triggered the alert. I returned the doorbell and the simplisafe security system as well and ordred a Ring.

I bought it a month ago and so happy with it. Only one thing that u have to call the company for records video for $4:99 a month. But I am still happy with my choice

Unfortunately I had it online and when we got the snow storm. It went off line. It came back on line when temp was 28 degrees. I was not told about this problem prior to purchase. If I was I would not of got doorbell

Been using SimpliSafe for years. Great system. The Video Doorbell is easy to install, set up, and use. Love it and love the price I paid for it from Sam.s Club.

Good picture quality and a good addition to my Simplisafe system. I do have an issue with it dropping from my network, and seeing as I have a mesh network with a hub less than 25ft away, it’s a bit disappointing in that regard.

The doorbell works great other than one item...it doesn’t work with a digital chime! The advertising says nothing about this and now I have to buy new door chimes.

I added this doorbell to my SimpliSafe security system. I wished that I added from the very beginning. it alerts me before visitors even ring. Very easy to install and link to my system. I would highly recommend.
