Simplisafe products are the Best. The doorbell links in with their alarm system and activates if the alarm is triggered.

Would not show someone until they were 5 ft from the camera. Cannot pause or rewind video. Ring is much better.

The doorbell works great other than one item...it doesn’t work with a digital chime! The advertising says nothing about this and now I have to buy new door chimes.

This device worked great with real time notification. The video quality is very good, and it’s easy to install and set up the WiFi and system integration.

We are very happy with this product - it was easy to install and the camera is very clear and shows our porch, sidewalk and the street in front of our house.

setup was not too bad, no integration with amazon echo to see video. got motion alerts but no video to see what triggered the alert. I returned the doorbell and the simplisafe security system as well and ordred a Ring.

Been using SimpliSafe for years. Great system. The Video Doorbell is easy to install, set up, and use. Love it and love the price I paid for it from Sam.s Club.

Setup was relatively easy, but it did require a call to tech support to get our WiFi to connect. Be aware that having recordings of events requires the purchase of a data plan!

Good picture quality and a good addition to my Simplisafe system. I do have an issue with it dropping from my network, and seeing as I have a mesh network with a hub less than 25ft away, it’s a bit disappointing in that regard.

Soo easy to set up! One of the reasons I purchased this was aesthetics. I wanted a white faceplate against my white house, and I am so happy with my purchase. Great brand & product.
