This might be a great product. I have yet to find out as it comes with no charge. I had a dead battery so I ran into Sam's and picked this up. That it as not charged became an issue so I went to a receeptical to charge it. There was no cord. Apparently, you must supply an outdoor single end power cord. Now that might be fine if at home and in my shop. It has a plug prong that looks like it pulled out to charge the unit but it does not come out. I tried prying it out. No mention for you to supply cord or it is worthless. The manual shows everything but the power. Very strange.

This jump starter works well and the air compressor does it's job too. I have used the compressor on golf carts, lawn mower and automobile tires. It is a lifesaver if you get a nail in your tire and carry a tire repair kit in your trunk. The unit works as advertised and I am a satisfied customer.

I've used this unit once. On my second attempt - using the air compressor to inflate low tires - the unit quit doing anything when I attempted to start the compressor. Now, I can't get the unit to power on at all, and nothing happens when I hook it up to charge. I'm glad I wasn't stuck on the side of the road, which is why I bought it, but I'm seriously disappointed with it.

My Husband got this product less than a year ago today 9/13/2025 I went out and put the charger on my truck battery and the negative post started to smoke. Then the when I turn the charger on it wouldn't turn off. I have video. It's been running now for over an hour and still not turned off. I don't know how to turn it off. It's on compressor and will not turn off. It will not charge my battery. It won't do anything but sit and fill out air through the compressor

I do wish I would have read the reviews 1st! It doesn't work like I thought it would when I bought it. But I'll take the loss for not doing more thorough research beforehand. But the thing doesn't even do what it's supposed to do. It doesn't charge batteries very well. I doesn't pump up tires very effectively. I have to search for some type of instructions online every time I use it. It takes longer to charge it than it does for it to lose the charge when it's not in use. It was a terrible waste of money and I'll admit I'm very upset about this purchase, considering I had regarded Stanley and at least a decent product manufacturer.

I bought it 3 years ago and we use it often. We use the compressor for our car tires, bikes, balls and use the USB charging ports when we get together outdoors. We love it. I often lend it to my nephew and sister. Needless to say we have gotten our money's worth.

I had this for less than 1 year and compressor stopped working while trying to put some air on my car tires!!.. I tried to get it repaired due still under warranty with Stanley and was not worth it. Have to pay for shipping out of my own pocket and it cost as much as the unit to send it back!

bought december 2018, for me worked very well from that date. the sprocket, on pump, only spins and will not engage the compressor pump. now almost 3 years later can not buy parts. Stanley does not sale parts. I guess I got my money worth. So buy if 2-3 years of life then trash is okay with you. I think buying the 3 year extended protection plan may not be a bad idea. to bad I did not buy the 3 year plan. for what I bought and the use I got, it's worth 5 stars. if you buy one DON"T I mean don't leave in the rain. FYI, bought 2 previous jump starter, rain is not their friend, I found out the hard way.

I've purchased 3 of the PP1DCS Auto charging/air compressor power stations. I had to return one immediately because nothing worked, but the other two worked great until one of them failed when my son needed it during an emergency. These are fantastic when they work and a great safety net that we take on all our trips, but they have not proven to be reliable and that is not good when you need it. Absolutely believe it is a great idea, but they must work during emergencies. For as heavy as it is, the battery should be great. Hoping Stanley improves the quality and reliability or they shouldn't put their name on it.

Best purchase for emergency tools to keep in my car! Heavier than the cigarette lighter plug-in pump I was used to, but. am so thankful I had this with me for my recent in-the-dark flat tire. This lit up area nicely. So much safer! Am keeping this in trunk right next to floor jack. Wasn't happy with previous replacement for my 30-year-old cigarette-lighter-powered air pump. This Stanley Tire Pump is awesome. The latch for the air hose storage compartment was a bit difficult to open first time. Heavy duty plastic!
