Great product for safety and peace of mind

This product works well and is perfect to keep on hand for safety and peace of mind. Never leave the house worrying about if you will be able to get your car started or how long you will have to wait for road side assistance to arrive. We highly recommend this product!

Doesn’t work after 3 uses. BUY A NOCO INSTEAD

This jumper and compressor worked great for the first 3 jumps and took a very long time to inflate my tires. It was the perfect tool at first and gave my family and I peace of mind after the first use. After the third use though the battery could not jump a 6 cylinder nor a 4 cylinder anymore. After attempting to use the jumper for a 5th time after fully charging the screen and buttons no longer worked. It would still charge and screen would turn on for charging but that was all it would do. Nothing worked and it was just a heavy hunk of junk that honestly was a somewhat waste of money. Mid-range NOCO jumpers work so much better and stay charged for years plus they are right around the same price as this jumper. They don’t have a compressor but you can find a lot of cigarette lighter compressors that work great and don’t take up much room. I personally use the Husky portable air compressor from Home Depot and have been using it for years.

Depending on the age of your unit, the internal battery may have expired. It is recommended to charge this unit every 30-90 days to prevent the unit from discharging. If stored in a discharged state, this will reduce the life expectancy of the internal battery. If further assistance is needed, please contact Baccus Global Technical Support at 877.571.2391 or email at CustomerService@Baccusllc.com

Power Station Possessed

I have had this power station for a little over a year and it has help me out in a couple of situations. I always recharge the battery periodically. Now it beeps and turns on the USB power on its own. Stanley, please let me know if there is a way to reset the electronics or send me a replacement. I also had an issue with the compressor not turning off and then it turned off itself.

Worthless

Bought two of these. Both had the same problem after about 6 months. Electronics are total crap. The display screen and buttons on one went out, so you couldn't tell if it was charged or pick a feature. It couldn't be recharged because the electronic screen wouldn't show anything. The other one had the little light kept coming on at random, and display screen wouldn't work, and the control buttons wouldn't work, so you couldn't turn off the light. Battery kept dying because I couldn't turn off the light. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Total cheap piece of crap. Worthless as a gift unless you want to buy for someone you hate!

Avoid! Smoking on first use of compressor

Bought ~2 months ago, topped off the charge, and went to use it for the first time today to inflate a tire from 49psi to start, hoping to inflate to 75psi. As it strained to deliver the first few psi, it dropped from a full charge visible (4 bars) down to half (2 bars) almost immediately. The compressor made some different noises as it seemed to “change gears” although I realize it’s not “geared”. Perhaps motor dropping power as it senses overheating? My best guess, because around 61psi the noise changed again and then I saw actual SMOKE coming from the top left side of the machine. I took a couple seconds of video and turned it off, now I’m taking it back for a refund. Won’t even consider an exchange, should have read the reviews before I bought this as it’s obviously a poorly engineered piece of junk.

Doesn't last

Have purchased 5. All of them had pump burn out while trying to air up more than a car tire (SUV, pick-up, or trailer). Battery doesn't hold charge after a while. One died in a year, the others varied. I wanted it to be good. That's why I chalked up the 1st two failures to neglect or lemon's. But after buying 3 more...

Low quality construction

I have had two of these units and each lasted just over a year. Battery life and general use (non-commercial) are too much for these units, 1000A and likely the 1200A versions. Battery life is low in some cases and the handle mounts will give up first as they are cheaply made. The Air compressor will do fine for a while but with any regular use, it fails to provide pressure even when the air pump is spinning. The 1-year warranty will not be enough to ensure it works reliably. Moving off to a different brand. This series is too basic to be reliable. It works great until it suddenly doesn't.

Stopped working a month after warranty ended???

Worked great. Used the jumper more than the compressor. Used the compressor maybe 15+/_ times and an exact month after the warranty ended, was using the compressor and I started hearing a higher compressor noise than normal and it wouldn't pump any air??? Tried calling customer service at Sam's, no answer. Tried calling Stanley company that makes this,no answer. Looked on YouTube for information and it turns out that this compressor problem happens alot on this model and the model 120. It's a great machine BUT it might leave you stranded in the worst time scenario too!

Non- working at less than 2 years

I purchased this item 23 months ago. As of last week it will NOT charge so it’s worthless now. The warranty is 1 year. I had charged it monthly through the winter months and every other month in the summer. I did jump start a vehicle once but mostly used it for the air compressor. I thought the Stanley name meant dependability and now am very disappointed.

Air pump dies after several uses.

Over the years I've had 3 or 4 of these and each time the air pump died. Sometimes within a few months, sometimes right after the warranty expired. If you want a jumper box it was great but if you need the air pump I wouldn't recommend this unit. It always sounded like a stripped gear inside. Perhaps they used plastic parts that easily broke.
