I purchased this on line just last week. I've already fully charged it and adjusted the tire pressure in my Yukon. It was accurate within .01 lbs. when checked with a separate air gauge. I was very surprised! I also bought the square trade insurance, had a little trouble with that, but customer service with square trade solved the issue in just a couple of minutes. I've wanted one of these for a while.

Purchased this product for my 2nd vehicle. Didn't really use the product much, but it turned out to be unreliable when I needed it and basically is just a piece of junk. The 2nd time I used the compressor, that broke. All in all, the product wouldn't hold a charge very well and completely failed after 13 months of very light use. I hate to see how quickly this product would fail when put under heavy use by someone. All I can say is never again... Time to move on to a quality battery system versus these expensive "disposable" systems sold by Sam's.

I have 2 of these, for 2 years now and they have worked perfectly for inflating car tires, and jump starting cars as well as using as a multi charging device during power outages. For $49 on sale, you can’t beat it. Just charge it up like you are supposed to once a month or so and put it in the trunk for piece of mind that it is there just in case you need it.

No where on the box does it state that the charging cable is not included. This is being returned. I purchased in store without checking online. The box should state a charging cable needs to be purchased. Also, Sam's club should stock the cables right next to these.

My wife purchased this (PP1DCS) for me last June (Father’s Day). Since receiving it, I have always made sure that I kept it tendered. Though it never seems to fully charge, as it fluctuates between 3 and 4 bars and never sustains a “full” indicator. I tried (key word: tried) jumping a friend’s vehicle once shortly after having received it, and it was like there was no additional juice for its jump starting functionality. Regardless of keeping it tendered, it seems to have never made a difference, as the battery goes from “full”, or near “full”, down to 1 single bar (and sometimes running out of juice completely) after adding air to my wife’s tire - maybe…maybe 2 minutes tops! Taking this unit with us camping this-past Summer specifically for its USB charging capabilities for our phones and small, portable outdoor speaker; it literally stopped charging them after 10 minutes. I unplugged them from the USB ports and plugged them back in…..nothing. It will no longer charge anything from the USB ports. I tried utilizing the compressor functionality earlier today and it would turn on, then immediately shut off - now the compressor has stopped functioning as it should. All that has continued to work on this unit is the small L.E.D. light, that’s it. It’s basically a fancy paperweight at this point. I am incredibly disappointed with this unit in its entirety. What makes it even worse is that my wife has seen my frustrations with it; a gift that she got for me, not operating as it should and giving (us) constant issues. I have obviously told her numerous times that it’s not her fault but she’s the type who prides herself in giving great gifts. This, unfortunately, was not one of them. We will likely be taking our business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer in the past and held the Stanley brand in high regard. But this 1200 Peak Amp Power Station was a waste of money. I wasn't able to use it even one time as the battery would not charge past 11.6 volts. Sounds like a serious quality issue given the number of poor reviews.

We bought 4 of these back when they were on sale. 2 for us & 2 for gifts. The portable air compressor is handy around our farm when we need to air up a side x side tire or wheel barrow. Keep it in our car in-case someone needs a jump & we don't have to worry about screwing up our vehicle. So handy & multiple uses. This FatMax definitely seems like a deal compared to the others Sam's offer "all much more expensive".

You can hook it up to your flat tire and it pumps up the tire digitally measuring the preset PSI. Our electricity went off and this thing came in handy with a light and also a way for us to charge our phones (need old style charger cords) We have also jump started our vehicle with this. Couple of things would have been nice if it had And outlet to plug something in to And a built in radio with also Bluetooth

I may have gotten a defective product but this is not a product you will use offten. When i did need to use it it qas never charged although i had charged it. This product has an on off switch but even in the off position it remained on. I believe that is why it could never keep a charge. By the time i discovered it was defective the warranty had expired. $90 down the drain.

After having it for six months it keeps turning itself on and off. Whether it is the led lights or the air compressor. It turns itself on and off as it pleases. At least it causes the battery to die when not in use. At worst it can be a fire hazard I would presume.
