This taste exactly like chocolate milk! 30 g of protein, which is amazing in a little bottle. The texture is very smooth. These are my go to protein shakes. The only negative is sometimes are hard to find.

This is my absolute go-to! Playing a collegiate sport, I drank these after every practice to help me recoup for the next day. The added protein makes it perfect for any and all athletes.

I love the taste of these more than any other protein drink I have tried, but I’m extremely disappointed they added carageenan. This ingredient is known to be an inflammatory and can lead to colon cancer.
